Update or Modify the Project Schedule after importing in ERP

1. In this form, we can update the progress done on a particular date

2. Select Project, Sub Project, and WBS Group Name system will show all the activities according to the same

3. Open Progress pop up and mention the work completion in Percentage or Qty

4. In this process, we can mention the Progress Project schedule tasks wise which is imported in the Project schedule using MSP import

5. If there is a delay in Project Progress, we can mention the same in the Delay tab

6. Once the data entered in Delay that can be checked and Approved in Project Delay form

7. Once Project Progress is updated it will be seen in the Daily Progress report form where it can be approved by responsible persons

8. In Interactive DPR along with the Progress report, we can also mention Labor and Equipment details

9. Project Progress can be seen in the below-mentioned reports

10. In Project Bar Chart and Schedule bar chart have some more option to monitor on Schedule

The Schedule can be Exported in PDF, Excel, and MSP for monitoring and sharing with non-ERP users (That MSP should be used for sharing of knowledge only and not for reimport)
In Calendar Setting, we can set Holidays as Exception days and Work Weeks

12. In Bar Chart also have the option to See the Activities in different stages by selecting type using the button given after Export Excel

Critical Activities → It will show the list of Activities that are coming in the critical path and can delay the project if not completed within the time

Delayed Activities → In this list of activities that are delayed as per the planned end date will be shown

Ready to Start → Activities which start date is coming days will be shown in this list
